L Square Construction is a licensed ADU design-build contractor (CSLB #1095476) serving Orange County, Los Angeles County and southwest Riverside County. Architecture, permitting and construction are handled by one in-house team, so homeowners deal with a single point of responsibility from the first site visit through final inspection.
What we build: detached ADUs, attached ADUs, two-story ADUs, garage conversions, Junior ADUs (JADUs), and multifamily ADU projects on duplex and apartment lots.
Every project starts with a free on-site feasibility visit covering what the lot genuinely allows after setbacks, panel and utility capacity, sewer or septic routing, access, and the city’s specific submittal path. We put the scope and the numbers in writing before any design money is spent.
