Built as a multi-generational living solution, the unit includes 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, solid oak tongue-and-groove flooring, hex tile bathrooms, Milgard windows with a low U-factor, and high-efficiency climate systems including a ductless heat pump and Panasonic Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV).

Garage Conversion ADU (576 sq. ft.)

Roost Homes LLC also operates as a garage conversion contractor, transforming underused structures into fully functional living spaces. In one project, an alleyway garage was converted into a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom ADU with additional storage and laundry space. Built in collaboration with a local nonprofit organization, the project was intended to provide long-term affordable housing and incorporated energy-efficient systems including a Mitsubishi ductless heat pump and fresh air ventilation.
