Every structure is handcrafted using traditional Amish craftsmanship and premium materials, with an emphasis on durability, customization, and long-term performance.

Lapp Structures offers customizable ADUs and DreamSpaces™, allowing homeowners to create guest houses, home offices, fitness studios, workshops, rental units, art studios, and other backyard living spaces. Customers can personalize virtually every aspect of the structure—including size, siding, roofing, windows, doors, colors, and interior options—using the company’s online design tool. Structures are built in the company’s Pennsylvania facility before being delivered or assembled on-site, providing a streamlined alternative to conventional construction.
