Founded by former U.S. Army Captain and Apache helicopter pilot Ron Goca, the company combines military-grade planning, disciplined project management, and quality craftsmanship to help homeowners create functional backyard living spaces that increase property value and support multigenerational living.
After transitioning from military service, Ron gained hands-on construction experience working on custom home projects before establishing GrindStone Construction.
