Description
Ten Seventy Architecture is led by Sean and Margaret Canning, who met while studying architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT), where they developed a shared passion for modern, minimalist design.
Both hold Bachelor of Architecture degrees, with Margaret also earning a Master’s in Civil Engineering focused on Construction Management. As LEED Accredited Professionals with project management certification from San Diego State University, they bring a well-rounded, sustainability-driven approach to every project.
Sean specializes in design and construction, while Margaret offers deep expertise in permitting, gained from her experience with San Diego’s Development Services Department. Together, they provide a seamless, full-service architectural experience from concept to completion.
